MANAGING DIRECTOR
Babar Sultan is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer and business executive with over 48 years of experience in engineering, construction, and project management. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from UET Lahore, Pakistan, earned in 1978. Since July 2009, he has served as Managing Director of Petrocon (Pvt.) Ltd., leading strategic operations, business development, and corporate management. His expertise in project execution, contracts, procurement, quality, and safety ensures the successful delivery of complex engineering and infrastructure projects.

IMTIAZ AHMED GONDAL

Imtiaz Ahmed Gondal is a seasoned Civil Engineer with over 48 years of experience in construction and infrastructure development. He holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from UET Lahore, Pakistan, earned in 1978. Since August 1994, he has served as Director Construction at Petrocon (Pvt.) Ltd., overseeing project planning, execution, and cost control. His expertise spans construction management, contracts, and multidisciplinary projects across the oil and gas, water, power, and industrial sectors.
