Six acres at Fateh Jhang, owned outright by the company.
Petrocon owns its workshop and warehouse outright — six acres at Fateh Jhang, north-west of Islamabad. Major overhaul, repair and maintenance of the company's heavy equipment and machinery is carried out here rather than contracted out, which is what keeps the plant fleet available between projects.
The site houses fabrication shops capable of manufacturing components and parts both for Petrocon's own projects and for sale on the open market: piping spools, structural steel, tank plate work and pressure components. Warehousing on the same site holds project materials and spares under managed inventory.

Petrocon owns and maintains its own plant fleet. A full equipment schedule with capacities and quantities is available on request for prequalification.
