Privacy Policy

When you submit the contact form we collect the name, email address, company, phone number, subject and message you provide, and — if you request a quote — the service and project type you select.

We also store a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string alongside the enquiry. The hash lets us identify abuse of the form without keeping your actual IP address.

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a quotation where you have asked for one, and to keep a record of correspondence relating to a project.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to contact you.

Enquiries are stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Access is restricted to authenticated Petrocon administrators.

If analytics is enabled, this site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how visitors arrive. It records page views and approximate location, not your identity.

This site sets no cookies of its own for visitors. The administration area sets a session cookie for signed-in Petrocon staff only. If analytics is enabled, Google sets its own cookies; your browser settings control those.

Enquiries are retained while a project or opportunity is live, and archived afterwards. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Write to petro100@petrocon.com.pk to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. We will respond within a reasonable period.
